Supper yesterday was a free-for-all -- I had a few cabbage rolls (son found some in the freezer), potato salad, and ham on crackers with dill pickles. The others ate whatever, lol!
Tonight is homemade chicken soup - with homemade noodles (I didn't make them, they were from our church Christmas sale, but they look just like my mom used to make.) - so that should be extra yummy.
Assorted sub from Mr Sub last evening. Boss bought it. Busy at work/
ive got maple leaf prime stuffed chicken breasts with portabello mushrooms, swiss cheese and roasted peppers in the oven - smells so divine. rice and broccoli/cauliflower on the stove.
Finally made that Hungarian Goulash recipe again today. This time I used my new crock pot and it is almost done.

Stir fry hoisin beef with veggie (mushroom, green beans, carrots), rice.
I start school again next week and have a few evening classes this semester, so I decided to try and make some food to freeze just in case we have no time to make something. Yesterday I made a huge batch of chili in the slow cooker and divided it into 3 containers. Today I made a big batch of shepherds pie that is going to go in the freezer (and should be good for at least 2 dinners and 2 lunches) and enough to have for dinner tonight. I might make some sort of chicken dish tomorrow if I have the time and energy.
ham, going to try scalloped potatoes if i have all the ingredients. otherwise it'll be mashed taters. and veggies.. plus some ceasar salad.
dessert?
bottle of diet coke, box of chocys ( bought on clearance at Wallymart) and me relaxing on the couch reading a book, my ds is having grill chesse he made himself and juice
tonight was fussili pasta and a meat sauce. jello for kiddies for dessert, a leftover chocolate peanut butter ball for christmas.
