Butter chicken!
I added a can of chickpeas to it, since I made double the gravy and wanted to add more bulk/protein. It was the first time I've made this from scratch and it was super yummy! Beats paying $12/serving for it plus $3 for rice at the restaurant. :-)
I made it lower in fat by subbing a lot of the cream with yogurt.
It's been requested by my family to make this every other week. lol

Spaghetti with meatsauce (homemade of course) & salad
Tonight is going to be a Muffin-Tin Meatloaf & Sidekicks with a side of broccoli/cauliflower & a salad kind of night. =)
Was supposed to be lasagna, but what my Mom thought was a box of lasagna noodles, was actually spaghetti. SO, baked lasagna a la penne. (I prefer penne to lasagna, heh) :)
I've been craving chicken pot pie recently, looks like I'm finally getting my fix tonight! :D
I tried something new tonight. Portobello mushroom burgers. They were REALLY good!

I'm just chucking together some ground pork, tomato sauce, and pasta - with salad and garlic toast.
We had subs. I had chopped up veggies earlier this week, and I had picked up some pepperoni from the store. There was left over ham from earlier this week as well. :)
last night was leftover roast beef on buns with leftover gravy for the au jus, and french onion soup - so easy and so yummy. tonight was lasagna, caesar salad and french bread.
