Hey, are those the Oliveiri pasta sheets? I lucked out after carrying those coupons for months and got two packages for free a couple of days ago. You can always freeze them is you don't want to use them right away.
I so crave a lasagna recipe from a friend's mother (since deceased). But a being a traditional Italian guy ;) , he never got the recipe. It was pretty basic, but the best I ever had. sigh
I do have a pretty good recipe for lasagna using Yves veggie cuisine (especially good with the mexican or Italian one). No one ever knew it didn't contain meat.
But this got me googling and I found this...I quite enjoyed the commentary and comments

Oh and you can also use the the sheets to make ravioli with any kind of filling.. spinach, pumpkin, squash etc.
