Tonight, pork kebabs, roasted potatoes, carrots, and a salad full of every veggie in my fridge!
Tonight I am going to make shepherds pie and baked acorn squash with a brown sugar butter sauce.

I remember as a child going to my grandma and grandpa Trofanenko's farm for Sunday dinner. Besides all the usual Ukrainian fare, we sometimes had a roast pheasant that one of my uncles would have hunted for that day.
As a poor substitute (but still good) I'm having roast chicken tonight. :-)
We are having Kapusta (cabbage) with smoked sausage and Rye Bread. It smells so good in here right now.

Here it is 4:30 and I still don't know. Probably fish and chips, plus some veg. It's gotta be easy, my back 'went out' and the slightest bend is horrid.
