    Yesterday I cooked up some Korean Kimchi Bokumbap (fried rice) ... tangy and spicy rice with lots of meat, kimchi and veggies. Yum!

    Tonight my mom is making chicken fajitas for us, yippeee!

    Last night was coconut basmati rice and rosemary chicken with a raspberry vineagrette and a shredded salad with green onions, orange bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. DH had ranch dressing (the FREE stuff form you-know-who) and I had an asian sesame dressing I got from Costco.

    Lucky DH, he get's the leftovers for his work lunch

    That's actually a good idea. My little guy is 2.5 years old, and only wants to eat Fruits and vegetables, and chicken fingers.
