Husband's choice for takeout tonight, and it was yummy - breaded pork cutlets, gravy, home cut fries; green and yellow beans, carrots; homemade orzo soup to start. Husband didn't want his veg, so I had most of his. We both have leftovers, but not much!
late last night I roasted a prime rib roast, then did up the spuds in the juices/fats all crispy outside, soft inside. Figured the guys would drool when they got in from work and then have their home meal BUT they had hit an A &W on the way home!! Losers! That Prime rib roast was cooked to perfection! They took their portions tonight to work.
Spaghetti with a garlic olive oil butter sauce, cherry yogurt.
Going to have BBQ chicken and ribs, baked potatoes and a tossed salad.
Got a whole bunch of left over cooked ready to go fried chicken from foodland for about $5.00. I think 4 breasts and 10 wings. Will serve with potato salad(well serve myself lol)
Just a mixed greens salad with grape tomatoes for a snack. DH left for the lake yesterday so I figure he will be having beer all weekend.
I was too lazy to cook dinner tonight. So, I just had an apple, and some popcorn.

Hicks nothing wrong with that. :)
Soup for both of us, then I just had a bun, husband had scrambled eggs.

Roast Beef Sandwiches with Onions, Mushrooms on Homemade Buns with Fries and Gravy.
Sarma - but getting a full soured cabbage to wrap them in is too expensive, so I just make the meat rolls, and add sauerkraut to the pot. Tastes just the same.
