This evening for supper we had raquelette. Nothing to elaborate. We had marinated chicken breast strips and pork strips thinly sliced; julienne red pepper and 2 round cut onions; a can of diced potatoes, raquelette cheese with Belgian crusty bread, sliced; sliced tomatoes and cheddar cheese chunks. Dipping in Oriental Canton Sauce. and for dessert, this morning i found some Tenderflake Puff Pastry in the freezer so i made some applesauce (chunky) added some sugar and cinnamon and made my own Apple Turnovers. It was a special supper because tomorrow is Mothers Day and it is also hubby's b-day so we decided to celebrate this evening. I think the kids and grandkids are planning something for tomorrow, probably a drive-by or something like that because the other day my daughter asked me if i wanted a hanging cherry tomato plant.

Nothing major tonight for supper, im thinking maybe some Chicken Tenders and corn. I bought 4 corn on the cob the other day, so probably that. And dessert will be some homemade applesauce or apple turnovers if there are any left.

My afternoon did not go as planned, I was supposed to make Homemade Pizza with a bunch of sides. At 5:30 I still had no started to dough so was going to make Waffles & Bacon, did not happen around 6 pm I gave up and ordered pizza.

Tonight we are making Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and some veggies on the side I still need to work out. Thinking I might do Roasted Carrots and maybe some Green Beans.

We took the Roast out when we re organized our Freezers on Saturday as this one Roast would not fit in the Roast section of the freezer so we decided if it wouldn't fit it meant we needed to cook it.

My wife is making some wierd experimental pasta thing so I am going to play it safe and just have ham and cheese on a bun
