    I did too. All my info was there but in the e-mail it said it was missing my postal code, which I had entered already. I e-mailed lockerz support about it. This is so badly organized.

    I was JUST coming to post about the same thing, lol! Great minds think alike? Great minds get annoyed together? Anyway, yeah. I got the same email, and all my information was there, so I emailed them back. And they only give you the ONE DAY (Friday the 13th, no less) to fix it, or they say that they won't ship the prize. Yeah. I definitely have that sinking feeling...

    yeah i got that too . i emailed them last week and the person in charge of shipping said that the canadian prizes would be shipped out friday, and at the latest on monday due to some problem with the alpha numeric postal codes. And now I get this stupid email.....hopefully it was just an email that they give to evry account.

    If you received en email asking for more or updated information, just make sure

    I've had "ON" in the state box since i started. I don't think I am going to change it to CA. I got my shirt over a month ago, but I am still waiting for the prize i ordered...not sure what to do.

    I got the same email, too. I emailed them back (I still haven't received a response for the last one), because I'm honestly not sure what I should do. And it's really a time sensitive issue. Apparently, it needs to be fixed by tomorrow or they won't send the prize at all (which makes no sense to me). Also, I don't know if it's just me, but they seem to be really quick to place the blame for their issues on other people, and I find their emails a little confrontational. Ahh, well.

    Anyone hear back from Lockerz yet?

    Yeah. I don't want to say that they aren't authentic, but actions speak louder than words, and we'll see. Maybe they just bit off more than they could chew?

    So, I got an email back from Lockerz regarding their last email saying that Canadians should leave their PROVINCIAL code in the State box and NOT the country code. Still no clarification on the Postal Code, though, so I emailed him back. I asked him if maybe it was a formatting issue (ie. A1A 1A1 instead of A1A1A1).

    What? really? Didn't the second email they sent out say to put the country code in the state box? I went in and changed it... so confusing-- what a let down.. Would you mind keeping us updated because they never responded to my email..
