Did anyone else get an email stating that Lockerz didn't have all of their shipping information and that is why the prize hasn't been shipped yet?? Then I log on and under settings all my info is there?? I have a feeling I won't be receiving this...

I did too. All my info was there but in the e-mail it said it was missing my postal code, which I had entered already. I e-mailed lockerz support about it. This is so badly organized.

I was JUST coming to post about the same thing, lol! Great minds think alike? Great minds get annoyed together? Anyway, yeah. I got the same email, and all my information was there, so I emailed them back. And they only give you the ONE DAY (Friday the 13th, no less) to fix it, or they say that they won't ship the prize. Yeah. I definitely have that sinking feeling...

yeah i got that too . i emailed them last week and the person in charge of shipping said that the canadian prizes would be shipped out friday, and at the latest on monday due to some problem with the alpha numeric postal codes. And now I get this stupid email.....hopefully it was just an email that they give to evry account.

members right now but thats not your fault.

Try to keep this in mind if you haven't received your t-shirt and its been
about a month. We haven't forgot about you at all. We just want you to make
sure that your full address is entered correctly so your prize can get to you.

If you received en email asking for more or updated information, just make sure
you have everything we need you to have. If you are an international member, we
need you to put your 'two letter country code' in the state field. You can find

I've had "ON" in the state box since i started. I don't think I am going to change it to CA. I got my shirt over a month ago, but I am still waiting for the prize i ordered...not sure what to do.

I got the same email, too. I emailed them back (I still haven't received a response for the last one), because I'm honestly not sure what I should do. And it's really a time sensitive issue. Apparently, it needs to be fixed by tomorrow or they won't send the prize at all (which makes no sense to me). Also, I don't know if it's just me, but they seem to be really quick to place the blame for their issues on other people, and I find their emails a little confrontational. Ahh, well.

Anyone hear back from Lockerz yet?

Still no clarification on the Postal Code, though, so I emailed him back. I asked him if maybe it was a formatting issue (ie. A1A 1A1 instead of A1A1A1).
