    =D i asked kathy when my ipod would be shipped from the oct 15/16 redeeming since I have yet to receive the e-mail with the tracking number.. seems like forever, and she responded that not all the stuff shipped yet, and if there's still no e-mail by the end of next week, I should contact her again and she'll do it personally for me.. so i guess for sc'ers that haven't gotten any response or e-mail, its worth a try on e-mailing kathy and ask!

    Lockerz is having issues with that...it happened to me the other day. But then the very next day the points showed up. They said they still have to fix the "bugs" but you points will be there don't worry!
