Has anyone ever tried roasting a turkey upside down? It's supposed to keep the breast meat juicy & the legs from drying out.
You flip it during the last hour or so.........but that would be tricky cause that turkey would be steamy hot?

I have heard of this but I also think it would be tricky...and the skin might stick to the pan...then you have a skinless turkey!

I tried that and yes the skin does come off and it BURNS. LOL

I gave up on the whole turkey idea now I cut it in 3. That way I can take the breast out earlier when it's done and leave the dark meat in for longer. Unless you are hell bent on have the whole turkey display thingy this has worked great.

i accidentaly did that with a whole chicken once and it was the moistess chicken i've ever had

I've been using coupons forever, even before SC, sc just multiplied it a bit , i always got coupons, and waited for a sale. i will always be 2 year sc member soon,

i would use coupons if i saw them but i wouldn't wait until the item was on sale i was too stupid back then to do that sc has taught me well i also didn't know what scop was glad i do now i had a free dinner last night

i've knows about scop forever also, i've gotten many things free, it has been a while now though .zellers i use to get the most from, and walmart and my local metro is really bad at that, but is like pulling teeth sometimes for them to admit it . whatd you get free?

i got lasagna it was not bad glad it was free but while i was waiting all my ice cream pretty much melted in the van it took over 15 minutes to get my money back
