Yes there is. This year will be more difficult because there is someone on our team I cannot stand at all! She has only been here a year and a half while I have been her for over 20. Unfortunately my old boss poisoned the new one with crap like how great she is and since I'm no ass kisser I can tell you he tried to downplay my contribution. He asks her for reports and the first thing she does is ask me how to do them.

She was on vacation and he asked me for a report and said "Do you know how to do them? I usually ask the other one?" I just replied yes, I have been doing these kinds of reports for years.

I hate this workplace political bullsh*t!!

So they are not coming!!!!GURRR!!! I can't remember the last time I was this mad!!! Why do people say they are coming and you have to call them to find out they are not!!

I can do you one better. At one point at the company I worked for, the secretary of president of the division was an airhead who couldn't turn on the computer without written instructions. I had to do my work, as well as hers, which meant late nights & no lunch hours (& lots of grumbling from my boss). Guess which one of us got bad reviews?

You're lucky, tho, I bet your co-worker isn't telling you you should be wearing thong underwear in order to get ahead. This was a daily occurence.

Of course, you might find the underwear discussion more, um, stimulating than I did.

Poor DH, he's such a trooper, cause we just keep on teasing the lad,
I guess he knows we're all nice gals & not one of us are bad,
He knows that we don't mean it & we all think he's quite the catch,
DH & the lovely Patty are really the perfect match,
