ahhh I think I know where your mom lives -nice area -yes my daughter hates coming home to Hamilton 3 weekends in a row -sat was ashlyn 2nd birthday -next week thanksgiving-then the following sat or sunday her other neice on hubby's side is turning 1
-their friends(from highschool ,university) that live in grimsby ,Burlington say to her I cant believe you can live in a condo let alone if you have a baby in the future raise a child in Toronto -her best friend was raised in the beaches in Toronto
-I sometimes wish as I get older (like 65-75)she was living in my own city but I know that's not feasible cause her career is in t.o and her and hubby love toronto

I'm just like your DD - total Toronto girl. I do like Hamilton, tho. Haven't been there in a while (used to go all the time when my godparents lived there). My Mom's in the east end in the suburbs and I find it too quiet when I visit (& she's down the street from a hospital!). LOVE the action downtown. So does Lily dog - her fav thing is to watch the tourists wander the streets (guess I'm a bad influence ).
