Thank you Val (my daughter is a Val too) for the congrats.. its alot tougher this time.. last time I tried was about 3 or 4 years ago.. at 49.. its seems alot harder to loose this weight.. the smart thing to do is not allow it to go on in the first place.. but I'm not that smart..LOL
