well no matter what life brings you guys, I say the battle is half won because of your knowledge, and planning. I have some relatives ( nieces, ) that I am so shocked at how immature they behave. They have a real sense of the world owing them something. Plus I cannot get past all the tats and piercings and body modifications, Ugh! So ugly, but I am old fashioned I guess. lol

Oh Dear Lord! ( my eldest is 24 , but single...so has no idea yet about parenthood) You and DH planned things perfect, congrats. Stick with the coupons and you cannot go wrong. So many products are FREE with just a bit of research and planning. It is refreshing to hear a young couple that have their priorities straight. lol

that is great when you can get deals on the REAL stuff that you need ( baby's stuff) I never ever knew anything about couponing when I raised my 3 kids and the money I literally threw away makes me sad now.

hello my newest sc friend!! Wow, did I ever pass out after work, I might be up late tonight!

I am complete shock! We have spent more than that on stupid computery gadgety stuff that I HATE! I think I might need to really talk with DH about this.

I always said " I have 3 dishwashers " but 1 moved out on his own and the other 2 are always on the fritz! DH does help the odd time, we should really just buy a damn dishwasher one day, lol

hee hee, when I woke up at 3:30 a.m. to get ready for work DH had washed all those dishes!! I am happy.

I have done plenty here, but then now I have a mess in the sink to clean again, ugh!!!

Oh yeah, was great weekend!
Got in some late season fishing...nearly froze my fingers off, but caught some good sized fish.

Love the short work week...hate that I still have 5 days worth of work though...

I didn't have turkey this weekend.
We had two thanksgiving Turkeys the weekend before, her family and mine.
Both our family's went to close up the cottages for the winter this past weekend.
