We went to the fair wed and thurs last week. it started to rain on wed so we left and went again on thurs. This cold that's going around is awfull, i have been sick for 2 weeks, just started to fell better and my son has it again, so i would imagaine i won't be getting any better for awhile. The sinus headaches i have had for two weeks and they are killing me.
Pumpkin fest is this weekend. I had to carve pumpkins yesterday with the jk/sk classes and thurs we are taking them downtown, even if its raining. So all the kids will be sick and all the mommies. This year for pumpkin fest they are not having fireworks or pumpkin express or kid zone. So the only thing that's left to do is the parade and rides. They arn't blocking the town off this year either. I hoping it rains hard all weekend so i don't have to leave the house.

I had plans on taking the girls Thursday, but that didn't happen, the boss forgot to pay us for the week, and the oldest and myself started catching this darn cold, so figured it was better to stay home. hi there. Just finished steam cleanign the rugs and in about 10 mins going to go lay in a bubble bath. Just took some cold medication for this darn head cold,sinus hurt so bad that my teeth hurt too. maybe have a quickie nap before school ends too.

I like the simcoe fair, gonna probably take the gals again this year, abd don't usually make to pumpkin fest, might might try this year, they would like it. Ya, I usually have stuff picked up already for christmas, but the girls so want to go back to great wolf lodge, so we told them, a bunch of stuff you don't need, or going there again. They said they want to go there. But you know as well as me, the tree will be loaded again. I don't know why we just didn't seem to get ahead this summer. We put alot more into the truck than ever before, so that hurt us, and it looks like I'll be doing absolutely nothing for the next couple months trying to put a bit of money away.

So i got one off already. the arena is boring and cold and the snack booth costs bebig bucks, if i buy one kids something, then all three get something, i figure $10 every time we go, slushies and gotarade and penny candy. Exspensive.!!! Can't wait till Tues, everyone will be at scholl, hubby at work so i am going to try to get to walmart to get some sale items and check out the $10 toys for exmas presents. I have to try to get christmas shopping done in the next month or so. Plus in October we have the norfolk fair and pumpkinfest and halloween, exspensive month for sure. $75 for ride bracleetes plus spending money and rides at pumpkin fest and booths and kids zone , then the halloween costumes and candy. ARG!!!! Someone just shoot me now. Just bought hubby some glasses this week(his first ones, boy did i laugh) and our vehical stickers, the payouts need to take a breck. Oh well it's like this every sept/october.

Morning nic. I still stand with my little one outside till the bell goes, I figure that is just being careful and I remember mine complained about gym as well. Being so small and still is, she was never the fastest or anything in gym, so she got tired of never being one of the quickest in the class, just like the when we were young and it was gym class. Gosh, I don't know how you handle all that arena stuff. That is one of my least fave places to go, but I know if the kids want to go, I'll be doing the exact same thing as you. We have to so start getting things done around here for winter, but I first have to find some energy. Hope you get a break for next week and we'll be able to do our gabfest like before. She did better this week, i didn't go inside with her but i stand with her outside in the line. She still complains about going, now she is complaining about gymnastics today. We had hockey last night till 9 , oldest has gymnastics at 8 this morning, emma has gymnastics at 11, hockey pratice at 1.00 and hubby's birthday. Very busy day. Plus hubby was on holidays this week so i couldn't get anything done or be on the computer very long, we hadchores to do all week. We also have hockey again tomorrow, here i go living at the arena and gym for the winter.

Our teacher doesn't like us to go in either but i don't vare and do what ever i what since it is my child. If i want to help her take her coat off and change her shoes and say good bye then i will, it is easier for her that way. She has the sniffles today and is laying down now, my head hurts so i would imagine i will be sick tomorrow.

my littlen ones teacher won't let a parent go into the classroom, she says it makes it even harder, but I disagree. Hope she is okay for next week. She did well, cried a bit so i wnet in the school with her and put her coat away and stuff, fri was better. She did well about getting dressed for school, maybe she will start to enjoy it this year

Hey, i bought a portable DVD player at walmart for $59. Of coarse the kid took it right away but i will get to use it on sundays's while hubby watches 12 hours of football

I'm going to cambridge on thurs to the outel stores, i have never been before so should be fun. That is also emma's first day of school so i will leave her there crying while i go shopping and hope to get home in time.

so i decided not to do the sewing, i vaccumed the whole house and did the dishes, then i was hot so i drank a whole beer without realizing it. so at least it looks like i did something besides play on the computer all day. Why sew today when i can sew tomorrow.? HHEHE

wow, it took me three hours to catch up on all my contests, then took emma for a bike ride, now to start cleaning the house or mending. I have a pile of sewing to do and have put it off for 2 months, maybe i should do it today.

big kids gone to school, went to check around 10 at sons school to see which teacher he got. Got the wrong one, then off to track down the principle to discuss, she hugged me and apoligised. so she is going to talk to josh to see if he's fine and i will talk to him tonight. Then let the principle know what's going one. Josh doesn't get along with this teacher yet on thurs, this teacher requested josh in his class. Don't know what's going on. Then on to emma school to say hi to her teacher, she starts next thurs. Then i made HBOO squares with my marshmellow, they are yummy. First day of school and i had to already.
