I think they will probably be verifying videos before sending the products. Also, since the offer is limited to 1000 free packs, don't you think its kind of cheating, since the rules say to submit a video of your baby?? If you upload a blank video and do receive a free package, wouldn't you feel as thought you cheated them away from a parent who wished to participate legitimately??

Yikes thats so wrong! You should delete that. I agree with other posters that this is so wrong and how would you feel if someone did that to your child and all for a package of diapers! My goodness! You make me not want to take my child out in public.
Is it just me or don't you need parents consent to upload or add a minor's photo or video on the internet? And i know some of you are going to say well ppl to do it on facebook and twitter all the time. But this is Youtube, where you are handing over all rights to your video. What if those parents see there child on a huggies add on day!

Just helped my partner get her free pack for the little one! We used a video of her son rolling around on the floor with a cat!

I was noticing a lot of bad reviews of the product while we were doing it (the comments at the bottom of the page). She's never tried this type of diaper but hopefully they work well for him! If not, out nothing!

I posted a pic of my baby dancing. I'm fine with it. I would be weary to post images/videos of my older kids due to the rare but possible event of cyber stalking but as baby features change so quickly and I highly doubt my 9 month old who never leaves my side would be easily manipulated into going with a stranger I'm very much comfortable with it. My baby was fully dressed in the video and IMO him being viewed online is no different at all than him being seen when we're out for a walk, or at the mall, or restaurant. And I'd be cool if Huggies wants to use the video for advertising. It's pretty amateurish so I doubt it would happen but knowing my kid was cute enough for 10 mins of Huggies fame would be reward enough for me
free diapers on top just a bonus. I'm not greedy

Videoing someone's else's child has privacy violation written all over it. NOT cool. Neither is the scamming I'm reading about here.
Seriously, you don't want you child on video, walk away from the offer.

I wouldn't feel right trotting my kid out for a free pack of diapers. Especially knowing that the video could be used in ads, and I'd have no say as to how its used, or get any further compensation. Oh and the whole internet perv thing.

While I don't condone this (if you wouldn't do it to your own kid, why would you do it to someone else's kid), if the photographing/videotaping is done in a public place, I'm pretty sure it's legal. We are videotaped all the time (security cameras, etc.) Unless it's not copyright material, I believe it's also legal to upload it to the internet.
