My absolute favourite is turkey leftovers - especially hot turkey sandwiches, with some dressing and corn on the side.
However, we didn't have turkey - so it's a few days of cabbage rolls and ham sandwiches!
As for other leftovers - really, I love pretty much any foods, at any time.
Love having leftover pizza for breakfast, especially!
I also find it a challenge figuring out what to do with regular supper leftovers - it's fun to come up with creative and different things.

I hate leftovers, DH loves them for lunches. I usually only make just enough unless I know DH will want some for lunch the next day.

I don't particularly like leftovers. If I do have to eat them, I'll reheat them in my stoneware pan in the oven. It makes them less leftover-y. DH on the other hand loves leftovers.

I love leftovers too. I always make a plate of leftovers for DH to have for breakfast the next day. He's one of those people who doesn't enjoy "breakfast" foods like cereal or oatmeal or pancakes but give him a dinner plate of last night's supper? He's very happy!
Depending on what the leftover is, I usually freeze some. This works well with soups and chili and stew that tends to have a lot of leftovers because I've made it in the crockpot. Then, I can just grab one of those bowls in the morning, pop it in my lunch for work and run out the door without having the nuisance of making something on the spot at 7am.
Some things are better leftovers than others though. I hate pasta leftovers. It NEVER tastes as good as it did when it was fresh. But pizza or chinese food leftovers are awesome. We fight over them around here."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle

We had leftover bird but also the last of the garden eggplants of the year which my mom made into eggplant parmesan. I savoured the last bite for lunch today. RIP summer vegetable season
Leftovers are the best. The flavours really mix. DH won't touch them which means a lot of extra work for me in making his dinner...Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

No leftovers (but that's because we went to my bros for dinner!) but in general I scratch my head and say, "leftovers? What is this strange thing you speak of?" I have a husband with a big appetite, having anything left over after a meal is a very rare occurrence. I am more likely to see a purple squirrel doing the chicken dance on my window sill than leftovers in my fridge. lol

The thing about left over meats.... they are being "marinaded" while kept in the fridge for more flavouring....
Toaster oven? Microwave? One of my fav ways of bringing left overs to life is "steaming". A centimeter water in tall saucepan, a metal trivet, plate and then the food on top for 5 to 15 minutes. Yummy food that is not dry, but moist and juicy.

I love leftovers. My favorite is leftover turkey. Love to make hot turkey and clubhouse sandwiches. I like the cold turkey better than the turkey dinner itself.
