I think it's lame. You used to be able to load Sobeys points offers online and then just go shopping.
Now you have to print them out and use paper coupons.
Another chore to add to my list of things to print out for mom once a week (no computer or printer). Used to be able to just click the button and she'd have her offers right away instead of waiting for me to come visit (which may or may not be after the flyer is over).
Thanks for that, Sobeys.
Never thought I'd say this, but love PC Plus' loading capabilitiesThis thread is currently associated with: SobeysApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

I've never used any of the offers, just get the measly one mile we get for shopping each time.
It's too bad, because we shop there a lot.

Shopping at Sobeys with one mile for $20 isn't really going to get you places fast enough anyhow. They'd expire before you accumulated enough to use. I get a few from Sobeys (plus bonus ones when they offer them on Sobeys gift cards that I can use to buy other gift cards), but most of mine come from my credit card. I get about 300-400 miles a month from that, and booked a trip for the fall using 7,000 of them.

I no longer see a need to go to Sobey's I will now Price Match them at other stores. I can barely hit $20 at Metro and Sobey's will be just as hard for me as I only buy what is on sale and have now stopped buying items like meat there so it is no longer worth it for me. RCSS and No Frills here I come PC Points for me.

The offers that I get in the mail from AirMiles, or the ones I have to print at home from Sobeys are honestly not that useful to me. Sure, the coupons are for items I typically buy, but how many times do I go out and buy 3x jars of jam, or 2x bags of rice? Everything is in multiple quantities....I'm only one guy....I am not looking to stock pile food in my kitchen simply to get 1 bonus AirMile.

I had the same thought when they sent me the email, I did the same thing that I do to the Metro email, delete. It is not work the paper and the ink for a few miles.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

The only Sobeys AM coupons I normally use are for spend $x, get X miles. Sometimes they send me them in the mail as well as via email.

I used to use all my FPC's at Sobey's as I would get Sobey's points but I did a test shop at Foodland on Saturday to see if I would get AM's card on my FPC's instead.
So I gave them my AM 's card first, had all my groceries rang in, gave them flyer coupon (15 x WUS $75.00) and then coupons. I earned 109 AM's and I am sure this will work at Sobey's too.
This works so much better for me as Sobey's is not local for me but Foodland is right in town. Now I just need them to send offers instead of printing them.
There is also a coupon on my receipt for 15 x AM's when I get gas at Shell good until 6/18/15.
