I would love to have a cat, but we live in a one bedroom + den condo, and I don't know where we would put the litterbox! :/

I live in a studio in downtown Toronto with a 10lb cat & a 50lb dog. Quincy cat's litterbox is in the bathtub on a rubber mat to keep it from slip sliding around. He's trained me to come & clean it as soon as he uses it, which makes life easy. I also don't use litter (I discovered I'm allergic to the dust that some brands have), so I use wood shavings (yep, the stuff used for bunnies & guinea pigs). It's also more cost effective - a $3 bag lasts 2-3 months.
My upstairs neghbours took in one of Lily dog's strays (my dog keeps bringing home stray cats), & they have a 1 bdrm condo. They keep the litterbox in the bathroom as well.

I have a Christmas collar thingy that I got one year and my cat will not wear it even for two minutes. He hunches down all mad and then frantically rolls around on the floor trying to get it off. He is an indoor cat so he doesn't even wear a collar, and don't even get me started on the time I tried a harness on him....

if your pictures are very huge, please go to www.shrinkpictures.com and resize them.
Putting animals in costumes is cute, but I think mine would just rip it off the minute it was on them, lol.

I have grown up with cats my entire life. I was raised on an acreage, so we would often have litters of kittens which we would keep or get homes for. My fiance and I each have a cat that we adopted year apart form the Estevan Humane Society.
They both have the dark brown tabby stripes with white on the noses, 4 paws and bellies. You'd almost think they were related.
