My family eats it all! all the cereal gone! all the gronala bars gone - with requests for more! all the eggos gone! Guess that explains why we get the toilet paper deals every time!

I have to remember to buy the Eggos ... running out of time before we leave town. Yikes.
We did have the BBQ roasted chicken one night - used the coupon and got the bonus airmiles.

holly,
I always redeem my airmiles for gas... yes Operabob I know its one of the lowest redemptive value haha...
AirMiles are worth on average about $0.14 each but when you convert them to actuall products the real value can be different.
Shell $20 gas coupons cost 175 AirMiles. That gives those AMs a real value of $0.1143 each.
If you trade AMs in for most restaurant cards the value is around $0.125 or so each.
Gap comes in around $0.16 I recall.
Magazine subscriptions around $0.175
Two for One movie tickets around $0.33 - $0.40 depending on where you live.
Etc.
Of all the gift cards Shell has the lowest value.
So with $1 coupons we're getting 5 Eggos for $5 and getting 60AMs
On average 60AMs = $8.40
However, the person is converting them into gas so every 5 Eggos $5 purchase gets actual cash value of
60 x $0.1143 = $6.86 in real gas rather than $8.40
However, as you noticed, I made a math error previously and multiplied by 50 AMs by mistake (funny, I looked at it several times thinking I'd made an error too with 50 x $0.1143 = $5.72). Thanks for noticing.
Mind you if those 60 AirMiles were used for two for one movie tickets the savings on $5 spent would have been $19.80 to $24.00 elsewhere.
Yes, the week before this there was a lot of AirMiles on pop. With the 1 Liter Coke products the same thing occurred as this week's Eggos. On average you got more in AM value than it cost to buy the product.
Speaking of which, how many of you did the Nestea Refresh & Redeem promo. I sent my third in yesterday (max. 3 per household).
$48 in Nestea Iced Tea gets me $75 in MasterCard gift Cards and I still have the product to drink all summer.
We booked a hotel for the August long weekend with AMs and meals will be subsidized by MC.

At my Safeway they were $6.26 each, so two is 12.52. We cash out for HBC cards (at $.125), so 75 AMs = $9.38).
$12.52-$9.38 = $3.14 or $1.57 per bag (600g). That's an excellent deal considering how much blueberries normally are!! We're stocking up on them to have with the strawberries we freeze every year!!

There are several other threads on this elsewhere on the Deals forum:
http://refreshandredeem.ca/en/
As I looked around seems the best price to return ratio was Nestea Cool 12 tines (the blue box).
Some people have $0.50 coupons and it's possible to get them for under $4 a box.
Look for boxes with a MasterCard logo on them. There'll also be a little gold medallion of a tin on them that you cut out and mail in.
Only allowed 3 offers per address.
Another one where you're being paid to shop.
I go through a lot of pop in the summer so seemed a good deal for me.

Holly... A couple weeks ago there was a Buy 6 1L pop get 60 Airmiles special on...
The pop were buy 4 for $5 but i bought most of them on the customer Appreciation day...
I bought 114
So I spent 128.25
Eco fee = 2.28
Gst = 6.53
Total = 137.06
Got 1140 Airmiles = 130.28 of Gas Coupons...
Although I think this calculation is wrong cause I'm pretty sure I made money off the deal but its close enough
