    I have a question about when an envelope doesn't arrive. I made a trade with someone, and they haven't received their end yet... but they should have. So I told the person to see if it comes in the mail tomorrow, and if not I will replace it. (The envelope hasn't been returned to me either, so???)

    Anyway, I don't have all of the same coupons available now, so how do you go about with the replacements? What do people usually do?

    The only thing better than saving money is VOLLEYBALL!!!

    One my trains hasn't been reported on and the rider hasn't been online since March 5th. How long should I wait before saying anything?

    I usually work out an alternative trade with the trader or offer a GC

    It was sent Feb 7 from one province over. The rider hasn't responded to pm's either. I see in her profile that she is a university student so was giving some leeway for studies and exams but now I am not so sure.

    I would class it as a lost cause personally, maybe see if Sally can PM her but 4 weeks before she went offline was plenty of time to get there

    Drader sent off one of my trains, to the next passenger finally! It arrived 5 weeks after, she oridinally posted it was mailed. She did not respond to pm's, but did hold up her end. Maybe she's embarrased at having let so many people down. I would be. Hopefully others get their trains/trades/packages as well!

    I traded with mellyskater almost a month ago, but I never received the evenlope from her. She looks like having many reasons to delay. should I wait or should I give her nagative feedback?

    I just did a trade with mellyskater and everything was good. Trade arrived in about a week. No problem here with trading with mellyskater.

    have you contacted her yourself? If you have has she replied to you? If she just did a trade with jjwbuster and the trade was good it could be a case of mail gone missing.

    Just wanted some feedback about a pm I sent to the last passenger on my missing train. Do you think I am out of line? Please let me know:

    I have noticed you haven't been on since the beginning of the month so perhaps you have some issues in life right now that are causing you not to be able to take a second or two to respond to me regarding a train you were on. I took a chance on someone who is a new train passenger and am disappointed that you haven't made any attempt in letting me know the status of this train. I am well aware that you are student at university and am quite busy with classes, etc and these coupons are essentially just "free"pieces of paper however these pieces of paper are what is going to help my girls attend university themselves one day. How would you like it if someone took your opportunity to further educate yourself away from you? Not very happy. Part of being a student in post secondary is learning how to own up to mistakes and take responsibility for past actions. Sorry if that sounds like a mom but please take it into consideration when making promises you can't or won't commit too.

    This will be my final message to you regarding this issue. If I don't hear from you by the end of this week(April 1st)I will sadly be forced to report you as a bad trader and will give you a negative trade rating. If you ever plan on coming back to sm it will be difficult to overcome this designation. You might not think its a big deal but when you have your own kids and work on a small budget you will see.
