...I am having an issue with a senior canuck... Off of a package train. I really don't want to report her, because I know she has been a great trader and done wonderful things. But I don't think that makes it ok to not send someone a package, and ignore PM's when they are still actively signing into SC. Mail date was march 21st. Everybody else on this train has obviously sent and received there parcels a long time ago. In the beginning this rider was having issues at home, busy etc and had forgot about the train. That was fine, things happen and I am understandable. she appoligized and said she would make up the package and send it the next day.(this was back in april) That never happened, and the rider has still not received her parcel. I don't want to have to give her a bad rating, but it's not fare that she could be continuing to trade, when she has not fulfilled her end of the trade on my train. The rider waiting for her parcel is great and said there is no hurry. But I think this has taken way too long, so perhaps a mod could send her a pm?

I've implemented a rule about ignoring pms, if they ignore me for 2 weeks with multiple pms and they are on all the time it lands them on the blacklist.

An SC member said that they sent me postage stamps on April 15th. I have pm'd this person about the missing envelope of stamps. The person has signed in and has not pm'd me back. I sent my coupons to the person early last week (as agreed upon because I ordered coupons specifically for this SC member).

I have a question. What is the use of the blacklist? Most people don't even bother looking at it, do they?

Can't you block their IP address or do something like that?

Most people DO look at the blacklist, thats why it's there. Were not blocking people from being members for being poor traders.

So now I have a second missing train (NEWP Train). Rider said she sent it out, now I look at her feedback and she has 4 negs in the past two months. How disappointing for the last rider. This was a HUGE train. Included were lots of good coupons and boarding passes. I can't believe people still do this kind of stuff. I guess karma has a funny way of biting you in the butt when you least expect it!

I am going to be honest here, I am done with regular trains. I have had at least 2 go missing (or been taken) and so I am out. I will only do package trains or special ones (from 1 person to another). I find them so fustrating and honestly not worth it now. Thanks for reading.

I'm with you. In 1 month, two of my trains went missing. From now on, I am only doing reverse trains or VWT. That means I'll have everyone send me their end FIRST and then I'll distribute. How sad that a handful of people ruin it for everyone.

Call Canada Post and open a claim against your XPress Post. Tell them it took 3 weeks to get to you. At least the sender will get their postage paid returned... I'm trying to go onto their website... but nothing is happening. Their toll-free # is on there somewhere...
