I do not know how best to keep track of my own list of members that I will not trade with in the future. I have made folders to move these people's pm's into so that I can have a list of their user names that way. I have not been able to figure out how to move the messages into different folders. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you mean to move someone's message from say your INBOX to the folder you created?
If so just click on the box after the message(s) in your INBOX and then scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the right hand side there is a little box for "selected messages". If you want to move to folder, just click okay and it will take you to another screen that will have a drop down menu of all your folders.
HTH
Otherwise, if you just want a list of usernames you could PM a note to yourself.

ha! Thank you. It worked. I had selected the pm (in my inbox), but did not realize I had to click on (go1) to be sent to another page in order to pick the folder to put it into. Thanks for all your help.

Well, what $4 was it?
Like, I was supposed to receive from someone 2x$2 Kashi, making them really cheap or free when on sale, but instead I got 2x$0.50 Kashi. I never tried them before, so I wanted the $2 so I could get them for cheap/free, so if I liked them I wouldn't mind spending $1.50 on them. I didn't say anything about it, but I was really upset. But since they were a generous trader I didn't tell them they sent me the wrong ones, even though they were HV.

In my opinion, there's a big difference in receiving 2 fifty cent coupons instead of 2 FPC's or near-FPC's for the same product. There's no excuse for errors like this. I've noticed that some traders will misrepresent their coupon values and even send wrong coupons, but this is clearly wrong.
$4 might not seem like much, but if you have little or no income and are living on coupons, then $4 is a lot. And fair is fair.Last edited by Valiant; Tue, Aug 30th, 2011 at 09:49 PM.

You can delete an entire folder by going to the "edit folders" tab (it's on the left hand side of the screen at the bottom of your "private messages" area - below "Send new message").
From there you just erase the folder name on the list and then go to "save folders". Anything that was in the folder you just deleted should bounce back to your inbox and you can then delete it from there if you like.Last edited by bargain_hunter_lola; Tue, Aug 30th, 2011 at 10:21 PM.

Kyriakos, if you do not drop this I will take further action. You have been warned to stop. I am starting to run low on patience with you. I have asked you both to move on as there is no way of determining what actually went on. I was more then fair, you insinuating not only Holly was a liar but I was upsetting. I sent you the screen shot that I had. Thats all I had. Obviously it's enough to tell she was telling the truth, not only that BUT I am not obligated to send you anything.
Yes, I did bring up about your multiple usernames and troubles trading when you first joined because this is about the 3rd issue I've had with you in a very short time and if anything its your tone with other traders that makes them more upset then anything.
Please take a few days off and come back less angry. Thanks.Last edited by Sally888; Tue, Aug 30th, 2011 at 10:36 PM.

In response to PinkLincoln's post, I think she is raising a good point.
But while following through on the exact details of a trade is important in trading here on Smart Canucks, there is more to it than that. It is the way that traders communicate here and treat each other. Common courtesy and fairness are crucial factors. Trading is not a game for most of us, (to win by taking advantage of someone else, or putting someone else down overtly or covertly). It should be a respectful and fair exchange. That's why there is no place for aggression and rudeness here. And trading disagreements should be tempered with caution and a check-up on one's own attitude.( Valiant, the valley-ant )
