I have received trains in a HUGE mess massive overload of depends I just chalk it up as a bad experiance instead of trying to point fingers and hurting peoples feelings. In the end in really isn't worth fighting over.

Couldn't have said it better myself.. sometimes the train goes poorly or you don't end up with the coupons you were hoping to get. This type of thing does happen.

I also will not put up with users twisting my words and being right nasty to me. People who continue to do so will be forwarded to Boo immediately and have the risk of being banned. Being rude to me and threatening me WILL NOT HELP YOUR CASE.

OMG!! I am so sorry that people would treat you like that. I understand that people can get upset but as adults I would hope we would treat others with respect. Appreciate all your hard work Sally.
