    FYI, after pm'ing the train conductor I decided on giving the train passenger a neutral rating.

    In my opinion that's the conductor's job- to check all the coupons sent & make sure her riders are getting what they want & that everyone is following the train rules.
    The conductor is equally as responsible for sending you those bad coupons.

    I totally agree with Erin ... why pay BP's if they aren't going to do anything but place coupons in a envie?

    I gave the conductor a positive feedback because I was otherwise happy with the vwt envie but told her in the comments that in future if a rider makes too many mistakes their envie should be returned. It's only fair to the other train passengers.

    The conductor admitted that this person made lots of mistakes but she still give her positive feedback. If conductors let train passengers get away with this stuff they are going to keep on doing it.

    Also I don't know why a conductor would even send an expired coupon anyways. I can't use it - it's garbage. It should have been returned to the sender and I should have got one of my coupons returned to me. JMO.

    Everyone makes mistakes, usually on my trains if I see 1 or 2 errors which are honest mistakes, I just replace them myself and let the sender know. Anything exceeding that, i would just send the whole thing back. It isn't fair for 8-9 other people to have to wait for replacements.

    update: I just negotiated a firm trade with jmacarthur-down to MY addresses given and all things made clear about this trader sending first. She/he agreed to all details and then once I had sent my address they sent me a message saying they were going to 'pass on the coupons (Heinz Nuture) since the formula had been recalled 2 years ago'. What?

    Anyone (else) having issues with NatashaStagg?? I am awaiting my envelope since Feb 27 (she's received mine over a week ago) and in the meantime I noticed she's received a negative feedback from someone else : (

    Heinz did stop producing this formula almost 2 years ago because it wasn't selling enough. I know because my now 2.5 year old used that formula at the time and I used a lot of coupons for it and so was very disappointed to have to switch to another brand

    I usually wait a month before PMing the other user. Then in the PM I let them know I still haven't received their envie but will wait one more week, if it still doesn't come then I would like my original envie returned or a replacement to be sent out.

    okay id like some opinions...
    i know its too early to leave feedback but im getting ansy.

    So im conducting 2 trains, one across canada and one across ontario.
    the ontario one is going fine,
    but the across canada one is the one im concerned about.
    The train left someone on march 3rd, its been 15 days since its left (theyre both in the same province) and the next rider in line had issues with a train she was conducting (she posted about it in this thread) and she seemed very upset. she hasnt logged on since Feb 28th 2012.
    So now im wondering if she got my envie, if she even plans on sending it to the next rider, if she ever plans on logging on again etc.
    I've messaged her about it but she hasnt responded.
    Im at a loss here, I feel bad that her last train derailed big time, but thats no reason to stop communicating on sc especially if your part of another train hosted by someone else.
    Thoughts?
