no no i didn't mean u were, I just meant some are scared, I have been scared before too for similar reasons but I got sick and tired of not gettin my end of a trade, or not gettin relys .. !

so i just started to leave them, if someone wants to be upset with me, or friends etc. so be it! .

Jezz u have a great reputation around here, and anyone who knows you, knows you wouldn't leave a rating unless it was truthful and necessary anyone who would get upset with you, and not want to do any trades or trains with you, would certainly loose out your a great person! and a very generous trader and trainer!

Jezz, you say that they were not in a crisis when the trade happened, so you are fully within your rights to leave a negative and anyone that craps on you because of it should remember that they want their trades to go right too - and if they were, they shouldn't have traded

I got a few nasty PMs for a rating I left someone a while back, I replied the same to all of them: If you take her name out of the equation would you leave a negative? If you are not up to upholding your end of the trade, don't trade.

If I dropped of the face of the earth and wasn't on SC and had outstanding trades I would EXPECT negative ratings even if it was for a "good reason". When or If I came back I would fix up with the traders I "stiffed" and have the negative rating changed with no hard feelings the trader as they would be right to leave the negative rating.
Please leave negative trade ratings for trades not received.

Same here, when I was in hospital last year, all of my trades had been sent but I had some trains due to come in, I asked M to open them, see who was the next person and mail them on. One didn't get there and I was left a negative - not their fault so why wouldn't I get a negative?

MIA stands for : missing in action ...meaning they have no idea where you are or how to contact you .....

I am in a situation also where I have not recieved my trade.....the trader is now in a crisis so I feel bad asking them to fullfill their side of the trade....they were not in crisis at the time of our trade some time ago....I feel if I leave a neut or neg rating now some will crap on me because of the current crisis the person is in right now... maybe bad timing for me to leave a rating ??

I know who you're talking about and honestly, your trade took place long before this happened. I understand the position you're in but you aren't responsable for what happens to others. You're probably not the only one in this situation, and it is unfortunate.

I'd leave a neutral/negative rating. Don't worry about other people lashing out. It's always the same "little minds" that run their mouths and everyone knows who they are. This isn't a site where you hook up, make friends as it's primary focus. These things are bonuses. We're on here to save money and take care of our financial situations as best we can.

People know you and know your reputation. Retaliation on anyone's part would be immature and a few others words I'm not allowed to use LOL (hi bub).

Do what you need to do luv, it's your responsibility to leave feedback as per what you've experienced, not as per what you think others want to read.

There's empathy and sympathy... empathy being a good thing (which you ooze of) and sympathy not being such a good thing.

You can understand others without having to live it. Yanno?

i realize that crisis' happen very quickly in some cases, but you are also supposed to send out your end of the trade very quickly, unless otherwise agreed to with the person you are trading with...

i did a trade with someone on november 3rd. i traded a 10$ gift certificate for some fpcs. i live in nb and they live in ontario. they left me feedabck (so i know they got it). i still havent received my end. i pmed them today to tell them that i didnt receive it and they pmed me back saying to just wait till the beginning of next week. they said they dont know what they will do as they were good fpcs. i feel it was a good 10$ gift card so i dont know what to do.

has anyone had an issue with stouffers codes saying they have already been used? i gave someone 4 stouffers codes for 4 coupons. they claimed 2 of them didnt work so i checked and 1 fo them i had a typo (one letter missing) and the other one looked right. i tested them on the lean cuisine website and they all worked. i did send them another code today that they said worked and told them to only send 3 of the coupons. they said they already sent me 4 coupons and want 1 or 2 more pins. i said i would send them 1 more pin when i get it. i decided to test the pins i gave them on the stouffers website and they all said they were already redeemed by someone else. i was the original owner of all the boxes. iève given them 5 codes and said i would give them 1 more. i feel verry ripped off. (i even tried to alter a code and it said it wasnt a valid pin. how can all the codes say they were redeemed already if they didnt work for them?)

curious but why are you now giving them 6 codes instead of the original four you agreed on ? I have had pin saying already redeemed and I contacted the company and the sent me a new pin.. they told me they think some ppl are moving code letters around trying to guess new codes ...sheesh some ppl have too much time on their hands LOL
