I have had trades with star also one great, one missing from Dec which I told her to leave and this recent one is 4 weeks waiting hopefully everything is ok and also hope trading never got to be too much and flew the coupe this last trade was a bigger trade

i did a trade with her on feb the 12th and still her envie didnt show up and she didnt log in here since the 16th..

i hope she is ok and not another loss from my side!!!

I have traded with star_lover28 many times and have always received her envie. I am worried that she has not been on since the 16th. She is usually on regularly. I sure hope her son is ok.

+1 . I'm also waiting for my part of the trade, it was a huge trade with GC, and FPCs on Feb 14th, and still nothing. Another trader is cherriez, our trade was on Feb.8, 2 rare FPCs, the trade never showed up, and she didn't answer my PMs too.

OK, I've hosted a lot of trains but this is the first time I've encountered this:

On a coupon exchange train someone had not received their envie so I PM'd their sender. The sender said to wait one more week (making it 5 weeks in total) and if they still didn't receive they would resend. I agreed even though to me 5 weeks within the same province is a little much even for CP.

So, I wait the week and check with the receiver -still nothing. I then PM the sender again to ask them to resend. They respond by saying they shouldn't have to resend because of CP. I explain that I have no proof that they sent and that a train is no different than a trade and that the onus is on the sender to make sure their buddy receives an envie. I then gave them the option to a) resend or b) dont resend and receive neg FB and that I would send the receiver something myself.

I get a PM from them saying they will send a $5 GC (the equivalent to the minimum $25 for the train). GREAT!

Then the next day, they PM me saying they have a tracking number proving the receiver got the envie and they are trying to scam her. I've never heard of ANYONE getting a tracking number for just an envie but hey, thats great! I asked her to PM me the tracking number so I can verify.

No response for a couple days -okay maybe they are offline. But after a couple of days I started checking their profile and sure enough I see them logging on, so I PM again. I even posted on their wall. Still nothing.

Today I finally PM'd the sender again and told them they have until tomorrow to respond to my PM's. If not, I'll have to assume they will NOT resend / Dont have a tracking number and I will give them a negative trade rating.

I REALLY dont want to do that, I hate leaving negative FB but what other options do I have? What does everyone think? It's been well over 6 weeks since the original envie was to be mailed. I know CP has been slow but if it's not there by now it's safe to assume its MIA. It really bothers me that I have had to initiate communication and almost hound this sender, the onus is on her to make sure her envie is received and yet I'm doing all the work!

I agree as I had a similar sitution on a gift pkge train....I now post that statement in all my trains...

I am waiting for the FPC trade from Cherriez too. I pmed her that I did not get her end of trade. she pmed back and said she did not get mine either. I know I DID send the next day.

Oh my goodness. There are a lot of people waiting for valuable trades from teh same traders. I personally do not find that to be a good sign.
