I went shopping today at No Frills and Zellers
No Frills I bought 4 bottles of Herbal Essences shampoo and 1 can of Herbal Essences hairspray...total before coupons..$10.00 after coupons..$4.00
Zellers I bought 6 bottles of Downy fabric softener, a bottle of Aussie spray in conditioner,2 bottles of Mr.Clean..total before coupons..45.50..toatl after coupons..$14.50
I think I did really well

well, this is how I put in images...first, I load my pics onto a site like photobucket or flickr, so I get a 'url' for my image...
then, if you go to 'advanced' for posting messages, you'll see a little yellow icon with a mountain on it, in the 2nd row. if you click that it'll ask you to put in the url of your image, so paste that in and the pic should show
great deals, btw!
