Must vent...
for ALL of june and july i have had to hear everyday on the news how much the weather sucked. it was 22-23 degrees and would rain 2 times a week sometimes more, sometimes less. What is wrong with that? Everyone would complain about how it is TOO COLD and they want it to be HOT weather. Well, now it is and everyone is complaining about it!!!?? IMO, the first two months of summer were PERFECT! I do not understand why people like it to be hot, muddy and like 35 degrees+ with the humidex. Last summer was even better. Having like 2 weeks of hot weather is more than enough for me.
Wish people would just chill. They can never be pleased.
P.S this is coming from someone with no AC lol

I whine like crazy in the winter. I HATE the cold & the snow & the ice.
& yes, I was one of the cones complaining that it`s been too cold this summer up to now.
Now that the hot muggy weather has arrived, I LOVE it! I can`t get enough of it! I know I`m weird. & yes, I have AC, but I haven`t put it on. The hotter the better! I even wear sweaters to the mall.
Did I mention that I`m weird?

I agree, I am not a fan of humid hot weather. It actually makes me feel sick if I'm outside to long, so I hide inside LOL. But I'm also one of those people who straighten their hair and when it's humid I want to cry because my hair goes poofy hahahaha.
I love winter :D

I know around here it's supposed to feel like it's about 38C tomorrow...yay. I don't mind the heat, it's the humidity that kills me...blah. I can make maybe one tomato sandwich with the size of them coming off ripe this year, yet I have huge pepper plants with the smallest peppers you've ever seen on'm...go figure?!

I just got my A/C fixed. I thought I could go through this year without it, but not after last week. I actually loved the weather in June and July..... now my hydro meter is spinning like a CD.

In SK, we've had rain, rain, and more rain these past several days. The first two days last week were horrendously hot, and now we are 'cold'.
I don't like hot, but I like summer - a nice 25 is okay.
Mind you, I live where we have had snow in August before!
So from here on in, it's a crap shoot. We've had times where September has been in the high 20s, so you just never know.
Ah, life on the prairies. I DO love it!

This has been a strange year, we had to use our furnace this past week because it went down to 3 degrees. None of the little ones are enjoying the pool because its too cold. On the bright side its warming up here and I'm having a garage sale on Sat.

First, I totally agree with you. I cannot take the sun so I don't mind summer being on the cooler side. Then yesterday, enough was enough and we turned the cental AC on, only to find out it was pushing air, and not cool air, argh, but can't complain the old gal has done her job.

Its not that I complain, but come on...its so cold/chilly in canada over all. I would atleast want weather that is not too hot or too cold.
