I am the opposite...I have never, ever got a gift card from them but have got products to try...I just finished one trial last night and had a survey re another product today but no mention of gift cards...

so i signed up about 2 weeks ago thanks to all the referrals i received. but now im seeing all these posts about trials and surveys and i havent got any! is this normal? i have no patience, i apologize lol

Does anyone else feel like it takes forever to get credited our new points to redeem for stuff? I sent them an email because I have some from way back in July that were never added to my account.

Kittypaws if you don't hear from them soon call them. I had some trouble when I changed my email address and they never updated it for 3 months. I had to call and leave messages and sent and email and no one got back to me. Finally I talked to someone and she updated the info for me.

hey guys some of you might not know but for those who dont what to shop online and pay shipping {unless if you are spending 40$}, then you can go to store and get one of the employees to transfer your balance on a physical gift card which can be used in store!
