Im trying to be patient to but Ive been patient for awhile now, I mean they owe me 1000+ points (I counted). I hope they show up soon.

I don't know if they are just under-staffed or what but it sure does seem to take them a while to credit it.

As far as I can tell, I have always received the points I'm owed eventually, I'm currently owed points for 3 surveys: 1 75 points, 1 600 points, 1 10 points

they owe me some points too but I forgot to keep them unless they are still in my inbox then they are gone as I left my e-mail open in the delete box and I found my 2 year old playing on the laptop and somehow manged to delete everything from my deleted folder.

I usually answer there surveys, but 1000 points for 10$ is steep. More 600 point surveys would help though.

Don't waste your time e-mailing them as they don't answer. Call 1-800-268-7115. I've called them NUMEROUS times for points issues... and they'll be getting a call on Monday with a question about where the gift card is I redeemed points for.... it's well past the 3-6 week delivery date the confirmation stated!

I did a 600 point survey yesterday (the 14th) and got credited my points today (the 15th)!

Still waiting to be credited for the 600 point survey, I called them a couple days ago and they said they would add it on.

I always save the survey invitation in my saved messages until I get credited, so I was able to give her the number of the survey when I called.

I definitely completed the survey all the way through.....it took me a long time to do it

I got a $5 indigo gift card from them today, from a survey win? anyone else get this?

Just looked and I have 561 points, and I've been at it since July, but for most surveys I don't get through much when it tells me that, that's all the questions they have for me.
