    I too have redeemed points for gift cards. One on October 30/09 and another Dec 7/09. The confirmation that showed up on the screen which I printed out indicated 3-6 weeks for delivery. I haven't received either gift card and I called twice last week to see what was going on. I spoke to a lady named Katherine who said she has to speak to the programmer as she isn't getting the information coming through on her end.

    Personally I think it's BS as I'm constantly getting the run-around with this company...

    I'm waiting for my 5 dollar amazon gift card from October.

    I like web perspectives because once you redeem for a gift card you get it right way.. especially for the Chapters one.
