For anyone losing weight it can be hard. I find a lot of these stories to be inspirational! Most of them do a complete 180 on their lives - no more junk food, no more fast food, adding exercise to their daily routines etc.

it is nice to read to success stories because you never know who can inspire from that story and start to lose weight and for that i think he will be in benefit if he try some supplement or some other hard training program so that he can achieve what he want to.

lekate, I just saw this thread now! ( lol) but then I didn't decide to clean my diet up till April 18th, so I probably was not ready to look in the Health & Fitness part of sc on the 12th.
No matter, it has worked so far, I have lost ( as of today's weigh in ) 48 lbs and have about another 30 to go.
As far as making that 180 change it is very hard. No more junk, or fast food, sweet beverages ( only water, black coffee, green teas) and I hope to stay on this gluten free/dairy free part of it for some time.
I will see once the rest of the weight comes off, maintenance is a whole other thing.

Wait to go on your weight loss. That is a lot of pounds to lose you should be so proud of yourself, I just started a new eating and exercise plan: Could eat all I wanted and then I turned 50 and and just packed it on. Time for some big changes for me.
It is not an easy task but so worth it.

I remember when I had to lose a lot of weight, instead I just focused on gaining muscles. And before you know it, my fat was replaced with leaner meaner muscles! True story!
