Im getting ticked. Alright so my old employers in which I got fired in August (thank god). Now t4 slips are suppose to be out oh yea the end of February. I gave them an extra week to mail it. Still nothing now I want to get my taxes done. I get an email with the t4 (now not illegal) I tried opening it its passwords blocked and encrypted to Turbo Tax. Now I dont have a password, nor using Turbo Tax. About 15 other employees are in the same boat (none of us working there any longer). I called no answer for the past week, Ive left messages NOTHINg. I called today and told them I want my T4 slip or else Im phoning and reporting them.

I can't log in either. I sent them a thing to resend me my password hoping that would work and I never got a reply and that was over 7 hours ago. This is really frustrating.

I would be upset too. Its illegal isn't it for them not to have all the t4's sent out by the deadline Feb 29th????

I haven't been able to log into Points and Prizes since yesterday...Sent 2 messages and tried again and still can't log in...Hope it will be fixed soon...Hugs
