Anyone who has redeemed is there an actual contact number other than the 480 237 7100 #. Im having difficulty redeeming my points and I would like to contact them directly. I too am having problems getting out of sheknows. Every time I place an order and my points go down to zero, the order mysteriously has some problem. In the past I got my points back but now they don't even reply to my emails. They took my points and have not sent me anything.

They are just so MEAN!

I am so surprised , got a notification from UPS that the 3 orders that I and my DM placed are being sent out and I should get them by December 16.

I placed my order on Dec 5 and usps just notified me that my package will be arriving Dec 30. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts, but now I guess I wont get them in time.

It was too good to be true, UPS wanted a brokerage fee of $30, so I had to send them back!

This is the message on UPS site for the tracking number they gave me.

"The receiver requested a hold for a future delivery date UPS will attempt delivery on date requested / Package abandoned by the sender and the receiver "

It looks like UPS is giving themselves early Christmas presents. These packages only contained books and should not have had any fees.

Sheknows why did you wait months to send out these prizes? Why are you so mean? Shame on you!

Same thing happened to us just half an hour ago. A UPS guy appeared and announced 20.xx$ Cash on Delivery from us to deliver our prizes.
My spouse replied that "No, they are free prizes and should have no demand for any money whatsoever from recipients. Send them back to the sender please"
So, no Xmas gift for us, and a huge disappointment.
Too bad, such a great site has slided down too far

So UPS guy showed up a few minutes ago. I had to refuse one package as I was being asked to pay $20.++ for it. The other package came free so I took it.

Ups just came and went. They wanted $23.00, so I refused it. Why wouldn't She Knows just send it by regular mail?
