When you calculate how much you saved on those items, it is well worth any time you coupon clipped. You'd have to work a few hrs to cover that much. A binder is a great idea, I always have alot of trouble keeping my coupons organized & difficulty finding them quickly.

Kind of made me laugh and roll my eyes at the same time
I'm fine with everyone else paying full price while I pay way less
I'm at a friends house today as I took a few days off work to make the long weekend even nicer (giving her the day off while I watch her 10 month old) and I've been going through her cupboards marking down all the products she uses
I'm going to send her a great big envie of coupons next week
I think she'll be super excited
I don't know that she would have the time or patience to get all the coupons together but I have a feeling if she came on here she would get addicted fast

Rude cashier; but I am glad you got to use your coupons. The nerve of some people...

Well, I have had similar things happening to me as well.
Popular responses have been:
"Because I will take the time and I will save those pennies, I do not have a landlord."
"Yes, it takes a bit of time, but it is very well worth it."
" No, I actually work a full time job and have a life. And yes, it takes time, but with just a bit of brains it's very manageable."
I have had one cashier getting really rude, but honestly, even though I can get fairly rude myself if need be, it's way more fun to get the manager - in my case I received a gc and the guy got fired on the spot. Not that I wish anybody anything bad, but sometimes it's well deserved and then it makes me actually happy!
Just don't waste your day and time by being bothered by small minds. You enjoy your purchases and the savings - and be happy that you are not a frustrated person working at SDM who's probably jeallious. Honestly. What a trying to make you feel bad for something which is just her job to do.

Wow!You got some great deals despite the cashiers attitude.I like to tell people that using coupons is like a cross between a hobby and having a tax free part time job. That gets them thinking!

Great aveeno deal! LOL! I've had people try to refuse french coupons too! where I live there is 1 extremely unfriendly SDM,1 moderately unfriendly, and 1 (the only one I eva go to) which is extremely friendly...

I've had a similar situation elsewhere. It's always tough to shrug off offenses but good for you for being the bigger person!

I think you handled the situation very well-got what you wanted and the rest is history. Keep smiling and don't worry about that one cashier's attitude. Thumbs up for your deals.
