i prefer plain popcorn with a bit of falavouring with spices.
buttery popcorn is so greasy its terrible! and its not bc its fattening, but because its so gross. my mom used to buy that popcorn all the time. now she cooks it on the stove and buys the kernals. much more delicious that way!

I agree any frozen meal the sodium content is out of this world. I am trying to lose weight and have cut back on my sugar and salt, as i have developed prediabetes. I also have the wii active and the wii active plus, and they are very hard workouts, i had to stop for a bit as my knees were really sore. But i have started anew with everything this week. It has been a struggle, as like Sally i am a chips and pop fanatic and my husband is no better. My mom wants me to try that new pill PSX or whatever it is, she says it has helped her. We will see.

For my popcorn, i use Epicures, white cheddar seasoning, love it. And most of Epicures seasonings and mixes are either salt free or low salt.

I dont know what PSX is, but im going to look into it. If its along the lines of what im thinking, then I hope you dont use it.

You should try out the EA Active Sports. I have the wii fit plus too and i find the EA active sports a lot more effective.

I also am a pop fanatic. Im not even going to tell you how much ive drank in one day before.!!!! We usually try to get the diet-caffeine free, but i know i still need to rid myself of it!

I think you can inquire about a local representitive for them, reps also have way better sales and deals to offer.

The pesto is amazing for chicken. Its so yummy, and there dips are great.

Like a lot of people use french onion soup mix for dip but its the roots and stalk everything.

Epicure just used the main part of the onion.

The quality is superb to most grocery store seasonings.
