    I am pretty sure jasmine rice just a variety of rice that is made like any other type of rice...well that is how I cook it anyhow. I find it to be more of a sticky-type rice then others and do not cook with it often.

    Am supposed to be making special meal for hubby today(1 yr anniversary for some health issues!)...but still a bit under the weather. Wish there was something i could pull out of the freezer!
