i will be making Manti aaaaaaaand thats it :D its a turkish pasta with garlic yogurt, melted butter, and tomatoe paste sauce blackrose you are more then welcome to come ever for dinner tonight :D

ok so todays menus is as follows
Yoruk Soup looks exactly like the soup on the package

lol its also the same package i will be using today :D

then ill be making Guvech which is ribs, carrots, patatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, onions, and peppers in a zesty and spicy tomatoe paste sauce


as well as rice and some fresh homemade turkish bread


and the last thing is Sigara Borek deef fried rolls stuffed with feta and parsly and others stuffed with patatoes

Tonight was salad and a slice each of Costco's pizza(the stuff that's already cooked). I was feeling super lazy tonight

So, I take a jar of Patak's Butter Chicken sauce and heat it up with a pile of chopped leftover chicken. Add some cooked lentils and spoon it over a layers of spaghetti squash, Basmati rice and wild rice. Top off with a few chunks of freshly steamed broccoli and grean beans and a couple slices of tomato. It looks like a huge pile but I inhale it pretty quick and it actually sits very lightly in my tummy. A light delight!

I have to find something to do with a chicken - have the day to figure it out! Possibly my oven-crunchy chicken, with homemade wedges - easy to do, lol!

Tonight is a Honey mustard Pork roast with Roasted potatoes and some kind of veggie.

Looks like Chicken and I've got that casserole itch to include a homemade stuffing up top mmm with potatoes and carrots yum.

We has a friend pick us a grocery bag FULL of fresh Chanterelle mushrooms in the forest near our home, so I made:

Sauteed chanterelles, garlic, bacon in a white wine/cream sauce served on angle hair pasta...and since there was literally a whole Walmart bag full and I cooked them all, we had that last night, and are having the leftovers tonight...It was sooo good!
