    Coke cancelled my sisters and my daughters accounts today and wiped out the 208,000+ points in my account today. So angry about this.

    Does anyone think that there is any chance that they will restore the points to my accounts (which is still active but has a 0 balance)?

    eeeks I didn't realize it was one account per household is this new? I better use my daughters points up how do you cancel one?

    Hopefully it is a glitch. It looks like a lot of people's accounts have been wiped completely or cancelled today. You can give them a call, their number is 1-800-438-2653. Sounds like their IT department may have messed up big time.
