Coke cancelled my sisters and my daughters accounts today and wiped out the 208,000+ points in my account today. So angry about this.

Does anyone think that there is any chance that they will restore the points to my accounts (which is still active but has a 0 balance)?

eeeks I didn't realize it was one account per household is this new? I better use my daughters points up how do you cancel one?

didn't someone from here actually phone coke to ask, and was told that it was fine for her and her husband to each have an account?

someone musta pizzed in their cornflakes this morning, cuz the same thing happened to me - they canceled my account (only had 4000 pts in it) but left my husbands alone (his has over 40,000 pts) so I guess I should be happy that they closed the account with the least amount of points.

the rules don't specifically say that it is limited to one per household - it says:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine that a household address is only eligible for one iCoke account

So evidently, today, they decided to determine only one/household. Why not just say "only one account is allowed per household"? As it reads now, it almost sounds like yeah, sure, everyone in your household can register, and some day we might decide to close all but one account. LOL

Just taked to my mother today and her account was cancelled and wiped out too... she only has ONE account, ???? Not sure what Coke is doing but they went a bit crazy I think and mabye didnt double check some addresses on accounts

Its a good thing I only have one child... what if I had two?? I could only let one of them sign up for an account??? wth?

I think it is something to do with abusing their survey. ;-)

It wiped out my account as well. Zero balance. I didn't even do the free coke link.

Do you specifically have to buy coke or is it any coke product that has icoke points?

Hopefully it is a glitch. It looks like a lot of people's accounts have been wiped completely or cancelled today. You can give them a call, their number is 1-800-438-2653. Sounds like their IT department may have messed up big time.

D: my bf has an account that he's had since before me.. it has a zero balance though and I just started one of my own not realizing he had one! I only have 6000 points but now Im worried! Should I email them and ask them to close his down just in case, or change his address??
