I think DS has just discovered the tip of his nose. He's walking around cross-eyed. It's absolutely HILARIOUS!! I haven't laughed this hard in months.

Boy you guys are fast! I had to cover several pages just to get caught up!
VeeVee.....don't forget the wine! It makes wrapping SO much easier!
Andi...thank you for explaining what your babies are obviously enjoying so much! As for taking them to Disneyworld...there's a very nice kennel on site where your critters will be spoiled rotten! They can even get an ice-cream treat! LOL!!
McMinsen (sp...I can't go back!)...congrats on your 4,000th post...wow. Have you all been here so long and why the heck did it take me so long to find you all!!!
Cheap....I also got my fill of freecycle...esp the phone call inquiries at all times of the day, and the 'no shows'. I now call the Diabetes folks who actually DO show up when they say they will, and they make a little money from donations. Much cleaner. It's too bad some people take advantage of that site and make it hard for anyone else to participate.
So...I think I'm finally caught up.
Today we have wee Jack and took him to his dr's appt, as our DD is in Toronto for a conference, and her DH is working....I just came home while he's napping to let our fur-baby outside....DH will call me when he wakes up...probably in a couple of hours.
So I finally have a few minutes to do a little scoping around for gifts for my DH....I'm absolutely clueless this year!! ...perhaps a few more pieces of wind and rain-type clothing for golfing....I'll poke around on line...I've done most of my shopping this way...I hate the cheesy crap that they stock in stores this time of year...not to mention the crowds, line-ups...H1N1...lol!
Hope everyone is having a great day!!...LynnLast edited by Lynn49; Mon, Nov 30th, 2009 at 03:19 PM.

O.k. I have a question. Does anyone watch Boston Legal? I just recently got SHowcase Diva and it's on at 3pm and I have caught 2 episodes now. It's pretty funny but can someone please tell me are James Spader and William Shatner's characters lovers or am I reading this wrong?
Keeping in mind I have only seen 2 episodes so don't come down too hard on me. LOL

Finally getting around to having lunch (it's been one of those days) - stir fry veggies. At the rate this day's going, I might have dinner at midnight.
Thinking of taking a nap.

I've watched it for years, just not most of this past season. It's a fab show, no wonder Spader wins best actor for it!
Gee, NO, lol, the two of them are definitely not lovers! Denny Crane (Shatner) is the 'old' Lothario, still makin' it with the chicks, albeit he gets himself into very bizarre situations. Alan Shore (Spader) is a man's man, definitely after the finest women, but sometimes he varies in his tastes and situations, too.
Denny is a buffoon, Alan is slick. Alan is amazing in court, and charms his way through a lot of trials with cunning moves and unorthodox methods. Denny often messes up in court.
My fave part is the very last scene of the show, where the two of them are usually outside, smoking cigars, and debating life.
It's really an awesome show - can be stupid, funny, but yet sometimes touching and make you shed a tear...
Lots of recurring characters, lots of guest star spots, too.
