    Cleaned out some coupons today and realized a few that i wanted to use before they expiried were going to expire in the next few days, SOOOO.... back to Walmart we went

    2 Toaster Strudel @ $2.67 each-(2)$1= $3.34 for 2
    1 Danactive $3.97-$2= $1.97(had to get another while so cheap)
    2 Tasters Choice @ $1.88-2 FPC=FREE
    1 Pepto $5.33-$1= $4.33
    2 Ruffles chips 2/$5-$2wub2=$3 or $1.50 each
    1 WM Rainbow cookies 30% off $2.10
    1 Fusion razor w/bonuses $6-$4= $2
    1 Fusion bodywash $3=FREE wub razor
    2 Mega Blocks sets(1 house & 1 firestation)clearance $3 each!!!! Probably reg. at least $15 a peice!!!!! These link together to make a town

    Subtotal= $40.50

    Coupons= $17.76

    Total OOP= $25.03 but if I got the Mega Blocks at full price would have been at least $50+

    Now for my rant!!!!!!

    Is it just me or is it getting harder to use coupons at WM??? This is the 2nd trip this week that Ive gotten the excuse "Im new" Both trips they made me un pack everything so they could make sure I had bought the right products!!! And both time there was a CS person there practically rolling there eyes because the staff was oviously not trained properly!!!! There must have been a new bunch of trainees through lately that did not have been taught properly in the use of coupons. I handed her my pile tonight and she looked at me and said "you bought all of those products" with the biggest attitude problem ever!!!!! The line was growing behind me so i was getting frustrated and you could see the CS getting frustrated at her!!!!

    Great deals. Too bad about the cashiers. I found a great cashier who is really getting into it and she even started ordering her own coupons online. It's almost as if you need someone who speaks the same lingo.

    Hmmm... I've never had an issue at WM before (*touches wood*) but there seems no shortage of people who have had some tough experiences.

    In fact, the last cashier I had at WM was brand new on the job (could tell because she scanned everything so slowly and carefully and had to ask a lot of questions from cashiers around her), but she happily accepted my pm's and coupons and gave me my SCOP without me even having to ask for it.

    Luck of the draw, I guess.

    WM always gives a hard time with printables but usually not so much with mailed coupons .

    Also if you are PMing + using cpns they give you a hard time ..don't know why , its their policy to PM + use cpns

    Walmart has been much better to me rather than SDM. Shopping is now fun at WM

    I dont think they are Anniversary sets. These are aimed for aged 2-4ish. Ive never seen these sets before. The base folds up into a cube(also for building on) and the rest of the blocks get held inside.

    I try to give them coupon as they are ringing in teh products...so it's like this coupon is for the item "YOU JUST SCANNED" then they can look is it the same thing ...then they just have to find the expiriy date..of which some of those can be a real trial. They should have reading glasses/magnify glass at the cash for the cashiers.
