Marinated and roasted pork tenderloin, new nugget potatoes, asparagus, apple sauce and tomato slices. Finally starting to make a dent in the stack of pork tenderloins in the freezer!

i was lazy...had jasmine rice on a whole wheat wrap with caesar dressing in it...boring and plain, but good enough to fill me up, lol
