Hey guys!
If anyone checked the wiki earlier, you should go back and re-check it now. There was a bunch of mis-typed and misspelled gobbledygook on there, but I fixed it.

It was a fairly nice "first day of spring" here, about 5 degrees C. I still can't get used to Celsius, and DH laughs at me if I use Farenheit.

BG -- I didn't know it was Tyler's birthday yesterday The big one, eh? That is always bittersweet. Learning to walk is such an amazing thing to see, isn't it? I can barely remember my little monkies NOT knowing how to walk now.

Stardreamer -- Whew, well.. honestly, the first two or three trips to wound care are usually quite like that. Mostly because they always go at your wound in a way that you haven't been doing before. I am glad to hear he is going to use the wet dressings on you, those are sooo much better than gauze. I think you must mean the drug Rifampicin, that is so good he put you on that! I would hate to think what might happen if you got a staph infection in that destruction on your leg!
Be really careful with the bactrim. Make sure you take it right "on time", as it really works better when it is consistent in your blood. And let the doctor know if you get any kind of rash or wierdness on your skin (not neccessarily around the wound) as it can cause skin problems. Are you taking a bactrim pill, or liquid suspension?

Rose -- That is rotten, about your skin! Do you have any avocado around the house? Put an avocado in the blender or food processor with a TEENSY bit of olive oil, and rub it all over your face. It really sucks the impurities out of your pores.

NS -- I answered your contest thingy. And Boo took care of the one thing with the wiki, but he hasn't put a password on it yet.

Racefan -- I've been wearing orthotics ever since my first pregnancy. I have crazy high arches on my feet, and I had massive foot pain when pregnant that stuck around afterward. Those orthotics were expensive for sure, but they saved my life, I think. Foot pain can make you crazy!
(just ask my husband) I even wear them in my shoes around the house.

The Canadian tax laws are based on honesty, so NS although yes most people do not know any better and might be claiming things they shouldn't and are eventually adjusted if you know the truth you really should not cheat the system. Just the way it is Sorry

this is a revenue tax auditor that, when i asked if i was able to claim something and she wasn't sure she said, to claim it, if it was wrong, that they would just disallow it.

i din't mean to claim it knowing full well your not entitled.

Lolcat-actually the dressings will just have enough sterile water on them to activate the Santyl ointment. Then will have gauze over those that one and kerlix to wrap. I've had bactrim before without any problems but have never had the Rifampicin. Course a lot of meds that never bothered me before have started, think cuz i'm on so many. Taking bactrim in pill

Oooh, was at the theatre tonight & saw a patron wearing that Crime Scene Tape scarf we were talking about a while back. A fellow in his 20s (NS where were you??? what happened to your cougar instincts???) was wearing a dark suit & the scarf looked sooo snazzy against his navy overcoat. Really, really nice. Couldn't get close enough to touch it, but the view was nice.

Gm everyone, I'm feeling better. I don't know what the hell it was but 24 hours OMG. Burping up acid, our of it so out of it i was like hallucinating...Quezzy, I had anti-vomiting stuff so that was good but AHHHHHHHH, was the worst bug i have had in long time.
