im just trying to plan all this crap ahead of time was hoping to have a "driver" or something so i could avoid feeling like an idiot not knowing how to get a cab LOL (in my defence i live in the boonies and everyone owns their own car LOL)

Rose, the hotels usually have a taxi or driving service they work with. Simply tell them what time you need a car and they will have one ready for you.
