Shebby the cat was giving you a "gift". I think they do it so you think they're useful and won't get rid of them. LOL

So, was the "gift" alive or "dinner"?
My friend's cat happily brought home an unconscious mouse one day. Of course, being a human, she screamed & ran. The poor cat had to follow her all around the house with the gift. The worst part was every time the poor mouse woke up, the cat would smack it unconscious, then present it to my friend.
I'm pretty sure the cat was trying to teach my friend how to hunt, but, well, you know how us girls are at those things. Of course, that was the last time the cat was allowed to go outside.

It was alive, they always are. Last summer the momma cats brought up at least 10. I almost stepped on one, so I learned very quickly to watch where I walk. They bring up moles & mice, torcher(sp?) them then finally kill them. Last week we had a full size squirrel on the patio, but they ate it before it could be tossed. Definately not going to let the cats lick me. YUK!!!

Hi finally got over my trauma enough from this morning to get online lol and to wake up. Yikes they tortured me horribly today at wound care! They weren't happy with how it was looking so wanted to use a stronger ointment to help clean it up OMG she put it on there and it was like liquid fire! I couldn't even squawk about it at first it totally took my breath away. She hurried and rinsed it with saline but was only able to pat at it with gauze and not scrub that crud off there so has continued to hurt most of the day. Was so miserable when I got home I just crawled in my chair and went to sleep. UGH! Said it affects some people like that then admitted probably the ones that don't have nerve damage and can actually feel it .
I'm on Biaxin and rifampicin Andit. Doesn't say you need to eat first but I always eat before taking pills but with these the time I didn't eat I didnt' feel any worse. Will try a few crackers in the morning the dose this evening is after dinner. He started me on some multi vitamins as well which I usually can't take because of the vita K in them but since he's checking my clotting Mon, Wed and Fridays he's got me on them, almost think they are worse then the antibiotic. Kept the antibiotic down took it before we went to the dr and the multi vita when we got home trying to spread them out rather then put the whole bunch on my tummy at once, anyway didn't keep the multi vita down. More then the nausea the all around rotten feeling is a pain but have 4 more days worth I think or 3 anyway almost done with them.
$$$wise why can't you sell the chocolates lol that is one thing that isn't hard to sell normally, although you usually end up paying for a awful lot of those that your kid comes up short on lol or at least mine did the brats. Hated it when they sent them home with them knew it was gonna cost me.
Yikes Shebby bad kitties, need to get them bells lol then lets see them sneak up on anything! Had a cat that used to bring me birds all the time until I got her a bell for her collar lol talk about a frustrated cat!
