When i woke up some moronic kitty knocked my cofee maker over, and well it works but somehow i have cofee beans in my cofee and it's ERRR, I cant' think without my cofee. ANy quick tips on gettign grinds out of your cup?

Maybe pour the coffee over a filter? If you don't have filters in the house, paper towels will do (double them, so they don't disintegrate too quickly).

As for the moronic kitty, you could always put kitty on a leash.

omg Canada is known for great fishing - my father was a hunting &
fishing guide while I was growing up in northern Ontario. Had tons
of Americans flying up & we'd go to different spots he knew. We'd
be camping every weekend from early Spring to late Fall then ice
fishing in the winter.

We went out for hubby's birthday dinner last night - who would have
thought Sarnia would have such a wonderful restaurant. One of the
best Caesar salads I've ever had with a x/well-done steak that just
melt in your mouth. NS BE QUIET... that's how I like it!! lol
For dessert, layered white and chocolate mousse cake - oh yummm!


Came home, turned slightly and threw my back out so today I'm
going to take it easy and sit with my hot water bottle.

Thank you everyone for your words of comforts during this difficult time...the loss of a loved one is always hard. I am very lucky to have had my grandmere LeBlanc live to be 90 but knowing that she had a good long life is comforting. I lost my mom to a suicide when I was 22, a loss cannot get worse than that one. I then lost my grandmere Thibault to cancer when she was only 73 and I was extremely close to her...she was my 2nd mom...(also my mom's mom) and then I lost my grandpere Thibault when he was 83 and I took care of him the last 14 months of his life. I had lost my grandpere LeBlanc when I was only 8 so have only vague memories of him. My grandmere LeBlanc was a widow for about 32 years so she can now be with her loved one again. I am only 39 but have suffered many losses along the way...some are more easy to understand as they've lived a full life...some, you just never ever do understand...

Live today as if it's your last one and never be afraid to let the ones you love KNOW you love them...

So sorry for your loss Tina - I know what you are going as I am going through the same thing. I didn't get to see my dad before he passed - I was looking for flights to TO but went before I even booked. He wanted to be cremated and buried at sea so I didn't make the trip to TO. I am going up in October for a b/day for my brother and SIL (they both turn 50 this year) and will bring dad back with me and arrange his burial at sea. That is when it will hit me and I will realize he is really gone. For now it just doesn't seem real except no more phone calls to him in the hospital. Take care of yourself (((((((hugs)))))))

do you have a strainer or anything like that?!?! that would work our coffee maker does stupid stuff like that sometimes too and we end up with tons of grounds in the pot so we strain it all out
