Good Morning Everyone.

So before I say anything else I get to brag!!

The DD and classmates came in first in their basketball Tourmament. WOO HOO It was so fun to watch. The one in over time with a penalty shot. The girl that made the shot was in tears she was so happy and the rest of the kids jumped allover her. This is the 4th first place they have made in different sports this year, and mostly the same kids. Pretty good for a small school (150-175 kid JK to Gr 8). Most of the other schools are much larger and in Ottawa.

I was asked to join a group on realmoms & I did & apparently that's where the spam came from, I have "unjoined" & also no longer have the person that asked me to join as my friend. If the spam does not stop I will try something else. Some friendly advice, if anyone emails you to join a group, RUN!!!

Yes I made the mistake of joining from a friend request - someone
who's in the high list of friends - and way too much spam. I tried
to delete my profile; won't let me so I removed from my safe list
and sent them a email asking them to remove me.

Racefan, I don't mind the song but did not think it was an appropriate song for Idol, alot of young kids watch it and the song is very dirty I do like it though

NS I do not know what to say, I know people here who have home schooled and still are, I will see what resources they use and maybe it can help you too, Ontario should be close to Nove Sotia in curriculum. You would think the school could offer you resources

NS a friend of mine home schooled her 2 up until last Sept - she got
all the required curriculum from the school board. Have you tried there?

BG -- What a beautiful baby! Am I crazy or seeing things thinking she resembles your little man a bit? What a sweetie.

Thank you. I thought that too when I first saw the pictures. Her mouth is shaped like her mother's but I think that Tyler and Madison look very much alike. Her father is my brother, and the genes run strong in our family, so it makes sense.

We still have some white stuff, but we likely got hit harder than you did. Little bit farther north. It's leaving, though. I can see green/brown patches where the snow has melted. Hopefully that was the last one.

Sorry you're having a tough time finding the information you need to do the homeschooling, NS. I wish I could be of some help, but I have no idea where to start.

I got a question. The pre-school keep trying to call me and I don't' want to get into this situation at the moment. However they have the hole week off next week and i want his drawings/artwork. What do i say?

I personally would liek to tell them to get differnt jobs as they need to protect children to adn how violetted i feel trusting them, however...ummmmm. Help...

Just tell them that you want the things he has made. You don't have to say anything else. That's what I would do, anyways. Keep it as simple as you possibly can.
