Hello Hello everyone.. it's Friday!!

Went shopping and just can't believe how some people behave
in the stores AND with their kids (see my blurb in the Tea Room)

No you don't sample without paying ... argggg no matter how
you look at it, it's wrong. Great thing to do in front of your little ones.


Sorry but I'm just totally disillusioned by grown adults behaviour today -
the lady at the grocery store obviously has 'free fed' her little guy candy
in the past then the lady at Tim Horton's yelled at the poor cashier about
how awful the coffee was. Why behave in such a manner??

On Pet Society, I asked one lady how she had managed to jump so high in
points in such a short time (40K) "Oh exchange gifts back and forth and I
also have another account" - OK OK so it's a little thing but Facebook
only allows one account right?? What exactly is gained by doing this? So you
reach a higher level and more rooms! You eventually get there anyway.
And sadly, this from an adult - great achievement huh??
BTW I guess I must have hit a nerve since she took me off her friend's list LOL

I am not perfect - I sometimes speed to 110/115 and go through amber lights other
than that, I tend to follow the rules. I don't yell at people specially in the stores,
I won't take something without paying - I believe in the truth, I don't cheat
(even something as trivial as a game) - My husband says that there is a fine line between
black and white and that I rarely see the gray lol - I say it's either right or wrong.

OK I'm done... sorry about the rant. I'm going to finish my coffee and relax.

Went to work last night and my thumb keeps getting worse and its moving down my flipping thumb. Ive put polys on it but doesnt seem to be helping at all. Made a doc appointment for next Wednesday and going to ask him. A coworker said its really infected and most likely will have to get antibiotics since all the pills Im on (i heal really slowly - I mean a cut will take 3 or 4 months to heal).

Ricki, I would be going to a walk-in clinic or something before it gets even worse. It doesn't sound like it's very comfortable. I wouldn't be waiting until next Wednesday anyways.

The only problem with that is the closest is about 45 minutes to an hour from my house. Ive gone in the past and they just told me to go to my doctor (no doctor likes to give me anything or advice for anything since all the pills Im on). So Id end up waiting for my family doctor anyways which in turn always goes to my spec ). Im surprised the office put me in Wednesday - the first lady I was talking to told me its about a month back log of appointments Told her what it was for and all the meds I was on and eveything. Amasing how she got an opening so fast My dad gave me some extra extra strength polys - lets hope that helps a little. My thumbs now burning from it - so maybe that means it working

Ricki -- If it is burning, I wouldn't keep putting it on there. That extra strength stuff is sometimes way too powerful for an open wound.
Have you tried putting hydrocortizone cream on it? I think that would help more than an ointment. Is your healing issue from a certain medication you are on?

Does it itch a lot? And if the blisters ooze, what color is the liquid that comes out of them?

I tried a few things - one being hydro. cream (last night) found it made it worse (itch more and it expanded - the blister got bigger - kind of speaking).

Its more that my immune systems down and the pills just add to that. Found in the past few months cuts take way longer to heal (I would heal up within an hour now its days before it starts). It takes longer for the blood to clot too.

Boy does it ever - I just want to scratch the dam thing but I know it will get worse. Its like white yellow kinda colour but its not oozing a lot.

I had dentist today..I hate the dentist so bad!!!

My poor puppy a kid I watch decided it was funny to step on her leg and watch her cry. Needless to say I will be having a talk with his mom!!!
Please someone tell me why puppies have to eat cat poop..lol..she goes nuts everytime there is some in the yard

Andit or someone may have already answered this but knew I'd forget it if I didn't do it now lol. Had the same problem with Mollie and it worried me silly plus annoyed the heck out of me. One of the last times she raided the cat litter she was sitting on my lap when I noticed this horrible smell the lil RAT was sitting on me eating it. Anyway I was reading up on puppies and found out that they do it because as babies their mom's eat their poop to clean up the area, so guess they are only cleaning up the area but lol they sure seem to take a lot of joy in doing so ewwwww!!! Not sure if that is the real reason or not but read in a book at petsmart. It can cause a fatal intestinal problem with them though don't know if its related to the cat poop itself or the litter though most puppies eat it from. Do think when they eat it from the litter that it can harden in their intestines but eating it in your yard they can get worms other parasites from other animals poop. Definitely something your pup needs to be trained not to do. I think most outgrow it but I would work on teaching your dog to not eat anything outside.
